Luis Ginocchio Balcázar

MBA and expert in food and innovation, Luis was the Minister of Agriculture of Peru from 2011 to 2012. During his career, among other things, he was the leader of the Inclusive Agri-food Chains project of the Peruvian Gastronomic Society (APEGA), from 2013 to 2017, and the advocate for a movement in Peru that was able to bind the entire food production chain and gave the Peruvian gastronomy a global reach. Ginocchio is a member of the board of directors of APEGA and joint author of the document Mexico, Food Security in Times of Globalization (Senior Management Program for Companies of the Agro-Food Chain – ADEA, IPADE).
