Jeferson Straatmann

Jeferson Straatmann is a graduate, Master of Science and PhD in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). His specialty are the territorial networks of sociobiodiversity products. Currently, he works at Instituto Socioambiental (ISA), and is responsible for making it easier to support traditional indigenous and quilombola communities, for the development of new forms of relating to the market, which provides transparency and innovation to the chains of production. Among his jobs, there is also the one of highlighting the importance of the lifestyle, traditional knowledge, territorial management and products of Xingu, Rio Negro and Vale do Ribeira.
