Chef of the award-winning restaurant Manu (Curitiba, Paraná), she is currently considered one of the most promising cooks in Latin America. Her work has gained prominence because of her appreciation for fresh and local ingredients and her will to rescue her origins and the culinary knowledge of the south of Brazil. Since 2016 she has been taking part in an urban gardens project, in partnership with the city hall of Curitiba. In it, 85 vegetable gardens guarantee the sustenance of 100 families, supply her restaurant and other establishments of the city.
