Born in Caicó, at the Rio Grande do Norte county, Valle is a forest engineer and organic food producer. He was Secretary of Social Inclusion at the Ministry of Science and Technology and, at the end of 2018, during his second term as a district representative, he became president of the District Legislative Chamber in Brasília. He is also the owner of the Fazenda Malunga, one of the main family farms certified organic production in the Federal District.
